This project involved selective demolition of the existing asphalt parking lot within the limit of disturbance, excavation for footings, installation of steel reinforcing for footings, pour and finish 2' x 1' concrete footings, CMU foundation walls, CMU exterior walls, CMU lintels, CMU bond beam, pre-engineered mono-pitch wood roof trusses, sheathing, felt paper, ribbed metal roof panels, ribbed metal siding panels at gable end and fascia, soffit, interior wood partition framing with plywood sheathing for garage bay demising walls, overhead doors with vision panels, bollards, a solar powered exhaust fan, furnish and install power and lighting to the bays, and asphalt paving patch.
